This was an excellent location so close to the local cafes bar's and restaurants, beautiful sea front, and largs for an overnight stay. Tried some takeout specials at The Viking Chippy, luckily it was just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.

We had double room with great view. Thoroughly enjoyed that we had an electric kettle, air conditioner, and television.

The setting was lovely, next to a shore and very nice parks, local supermarket, and the local cafes bar's and restaurants. I found Lounge offering shots and different drinks 1 km of the venue.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to the center of town and beautiful sea views. The bed was comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean, adhering to strict infection control practices.
There were a few negative aspects to our stay. the promises of free breakfast and WiFi were not fulfilled, leaving us disappointed and inconvenienced.

I recently booked a room at Rutland House for my sister and her partner's overnight stay. It was a last-minute reservation, but the process was smooth and quick. The room was spotless and had all the necessary amenities, including a small fridge and Wi-Fi. The location, right by the waterfront, was perfect for them. The bedding and towels were clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. The property was conveniently located close to the beach and train station. The host was warm and welcoming, making their stay even more enjoyable. it was a delightful experience at Rutland House.
Totally recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious and roomy, with comfortable beds that provided a good night's sleep. The location was excellent, close to the seafront and in a nice quiet area of town. I also appreciated the comfortable seating in the room, which provided a cozy space to relax in.
The damp musty smell in the room, which was not pleasant. there was no heating available, and in Scotland's chilly October weather, it was freezing in the room.
